AltCacio uses high quality cashew nuts procured from farms in Vietnam, India, Thailand. Penicillium roqueforti, mesophilic cultures, Geotrichum candidum, probiotics, nutritional yeast are sourced from United States. Koji, Miso are sourced from Japan. Truffle oil from Italy. Purified water, sea salt.
Cultures and or probiotics are used to age AltCacio for more than 30 days
Preservative free (except for salt), no chemicals or modified starch, food additives or colouring.

White – Geotrichum candidum
Blue/Green – Penicilium roqueforti
can be controlled by wiping the area(s) with vinegar and salt.
Actually, these are good molds. I would personally still eat it
