I’ve had a long on/off relationship with dairy and have tried many vegan cheeses in the US and Singapore. Altcacio’s Antico Peposo is the best I’ve had. I also really enjoyed the truffle blue cheese. They are rich in flavour and taste like cheese.
Antico Peposo is an absolute must-try! It's creamy, tangy, and has a delicious nutty flavor. It's perfect both for slicing or spreading. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and vegan alternative to cheese.
Never expected to taste Belper Knolle in cashew nut base instead of milk. Antico Peposo :) - what a name for the mild peppery, garlicky flavor. I like this creation!
